APG Benefits collects only the information we need for the purposes we have identified and are committed to protecting your privacy. We will never sell your personal information.

 

Personal information is collected in order to understand your needs, determine your eligibility and offer you our complete range of products and services that we believe meet your needs. We will ensure we obtain your permission and communicate clearly with you why the information is needed. All of the information we collect is used or disclosed with your written, verbal or electronic permission or permission granted through your authorized representative. While we endeavour to protect all information, the most sensitive information, such as medical information, receives the highest level of protection.

How We Protect You

This is your information. It is your right to ask whether we hold any personal information about you and to see that information, as provided by law. Where we have obtained medical information about you from a third-party, we will release this information only through your physician. It is your right to know how we obtained your personal information, how it is being used and to whom it may have been disclosed.

How You Can Request an Update or Correction
